Membership Qualifications:

1.  Any person retired, eligible for a pension, or "bridged to retirement" from the employ of any former GPU Company, First Energy Company, or local Utilities Employees Credit Union.

2.  A surviving spouse of any person retired, eligible for a pension, or "bridged to retirement" from the employ of any former GPU Co., First Energy Co., or local Utilities Employees Credit Union.
